Between 1999 and 2004 I had my Brisbane home treated twice by a supposedly reputable termite company - both times at considerable expense. Each time termites returned within only a few years. When, in early 2008 I found that termites had returned yet again, I took my time surveying local termite companies (finding out along the way that the treatment I had paid for in the past had not conformed to the relevant standard in several areas) and meeting more than a few "flash operators" along the way.

Since 2008 I have had three yearly inspections by Multipest and each time it has been careful inspections of an hour and more - not the twenty minute "she's right mate" inspections I had had in the past - and they provide a carefully written report.
